Others can't enter zone..

I have this zone which only I am able to enter.
Whenever I ask others to hop into the zone, they say it's down and they can't enter. But again, I have no problem hopping into the zone myself.

I'm not behind a firewall or router so I'm not sure what the problem is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. icon_biggrin.gif
