3 questions:

1) How do I set the spawning area in an arena.
2) Territory reward won't work. I set the flag mode to TURF, and settings are as followed:
[Territory]
RewardDelay=2000
RewardBaseFlags=1
RewardMinimumPlayers=0
RewardPoints=200
3) How can I save my *.dat files. I cannot review Players names, squads etc. and everytime i reconnect the server I have to create a new player.

Regarding 1)

With Misc:WarpRadiusLimit you can set the radius of a circle around the center within the players will spawn.
If you want to have special spawn areas you will have to use a bot ( MERVBot + Plugin: SpawnBot

catid.sscentral.com) that moves the players to a specific area on the map. At least there's no other method that I know

Anyone know how to set bouncing bullets for each ship seperate by the way?

Ok I got my answers on question 1) and 3) and 4)... but I really like to know how to setup the territory award (read above).
