				| Is there a way I can have it so no matter what, ALL of the icons of the items (starburst, rep, ect... everything on the left side)will be up, and stay up(with the door, and a 0 if there is none)... even if the ship cannot get them?

This is what I'm wanting to do

				| Give yourself loads of specials so they all say 0. Take a screenshot and edit it so everything is black apart from the icons and doors, also crop it to save space. Then make it a screen object AfterShips, you will probably have to vertically align it from the center (experiment in different resolutions to get it right). You may have to alter the icons to make it blend in. | |

				| probably "g-(width)" for horizontal coord and "g-0" for vertical, though it may be off a pixel or so, I have not actually tested out the "g" prefix
(this is assuming the icon bank image you've created is the right dimensions)

				| well, I don't know how to do screen object lvz's yet >.<
and can't I use that image? The icons, and doors were copied directly... the icon's dimentions are the same, it's only the doors that were slightly altered

				| okay, attached to this post is a .lvz that is about as good as it gets
just one problem - because no icon door is shown when you have only ONE of an item...well, if you have just one, then it shows the "0" underneath

but it works great if you never have less than 2 of each item
(or don't mind having people think they're out of items when they really have one left)
 -------

what you could do is move the little yellow cap on the right side inbetween the icon and the icon door (icon > yellow cap > icon door)

then you could still have an image there (using something like what's in leftbank.lvz) and when you have only one left it will show no icon door, but when you have none of the item it will still show an icon

				| well, the reason I even thought this possible, is because in the icondoor file, there is a blank door, a 0 door, and a door with 1 in it... is there some way to make these be used? (blank for can't have, 0 if you could, and 1 if there's only 1) | |

				| not that I know of, but perhaps someone else knows otherwise
this game was never really finished, there are a lot of things that look as if they SHOULD work, but do not

 Could you put this together?
