When I go to enter my zone a message on the subgame2.exe dos screen says this.
Client Connection Requested From Billing Server Ignored.
Its also saying this in the subbill.exe dos screen.
Unknown packetype: 36
Ive tried a lot of different things to fix this but none of them seem to work.
Can anyone tell me why this happens.

These people are just too lazy to help you.
Read this if you can't fix it.
The problem you're having is that subgame and subbill have the same port number assigned.
Subbill receives connections from Continuum while it should only receive connections from subgame for billing services.
Notice that ServerIP=127.0.0.1 is wrong (well, it's supposed to be the WAN IP) and should be set to the IP found on http://www.whatismyip.com/.
