Eh, I'm sorry for confusing you, I guess you should try both, doesn't matter anyway.

Most (well, all of them I guess) directory servers use 4991 to listen on, that doesn't mean billing servers can't use that port, he's not running his own directory server anyway.

WTF. Just set your ScoreID and ServerID to 7000. Leave your GroupID at 1.

You know what? just... just sod it... don't worry about it, I got refreshed server and subbiller Ini.s, and it works, another reson why I said this is to end this argument...

I wouldn't want to be a staff member in a zone with a 13 year old owner who doesn't know how to act on forum boards and can't handle his server, but that's just my opinion!

Hey, It was just a thought, and I can handle the server... It's doing pretty well NOW.
