Who is he? I have never used these forums much until now, and all I see is him complaining about people and everything, can someone clear this all up for me or am I just seeing things?

That is a new alias he uses. His older one was Gravitron. Search his posts on either name to get a better understanding of his history, as this topic usually comes up every 4-6 months, and there are great threads explaining him.
