what file do i edit to change things like:
rate of fire
who uses what
weapon settings

server.ini if it is the pub map, whatever.cfo if its a sub arena map normaly if the map name is blah then the cfg file name is blah.cfg or if your sysop you can go into that arena in the game and hit escape c and it will open a box with all the settings.
