Well... By the looks of it the program was created with visual basic, they may not be fakes, but if he hasn't completed it after almost a year after he said he would, then either it was a fake, or he got greedy and chose not to share with everyone.
Bottom line is if your going to get everyone hyped up, make sure your actually going to give the people what they want eventually. Seeing how he hasn't done this, he's basically playing a sick mind game.

I just installed Bak's and 2dragon's CLIT, and didn't give it a hard time with real LVZ editing yet. But from that single "known issue" with large images, I'm a bit scared, since an example arena in TW was not SO big... well we will see.
This Zig's editor looks promising on screenshots. Unfortunatelly that's all we can say about it today.

@Bak: is there a way when placing LVZ objects it locks down to the tile-grid, rather than precise X/Y coords when dropping, or did I miss that somewhere?
If you can't do that right now, I think it'd be a valuable feature . Align to grid essentially.

Bak, I downloaded your recent version of your editor and began testing it. Whenever I opened the Omega Fire sniper.lvl/.lvz it'd just completely lock up and become unresponsive... :/ Being it didn't give me any information to help you debug, it was reproducable every time I tried opening it. (Importing the LVZ)...

same thign happened to me. I kno this might same stupid but i would do this if your importing lvz at least this is what i did. Debuild the lvz and then open a image in paint. Click some tab i cant remember which but under the tab itsa called attributes. CHange the attributes by 1 on both of them and then fill in the spot with black. Do this with each image in the lvz and then build it agin with the same ini! Then impot it into clit. This is what worked for me and i guess thers no other way untill we find the problem.

The problem was found and it the lvz being incorreclty encoded (even though continuum decoded it properly, debuildlevel and extractLvz both came back with errors). The newer version won't lock up.. I might even have it display the error so you know what went wrong.

nah, you found a bug with JAI in that it has trouble decoding some 4-bit bitmaps. Cypher's problem was an incorrect endoing.
