These questions refer to the subbill.exe biller you can get from shanky's site.
I know how to set the password to the biller (i think it is in subbill.ini). I know how to login ?login <password>. Now, how do you set user access levels for various people? Do all the bang commands listed on shanky's commands page work with this biller? I guess I am concerned mainly because I do not see any .ini or .cfg files for the biller aside from subbill.ini and would think that there needed to be a file in which I could set various access levels for netops. Am I missing something, or do you need to actually program the biller using c++? I tried ?login <password> with the password I put, but it didn't say I was logged in. Any clarification would be appreciated. THanks. |

I would love to use the latest and the best. That was the whole point of the post. To ask for input on my problem. Thank you for your input. I will download that now and make sure I let anyone who crosses my path with the same question know that there are other billers out there available besides the one at shanky's. |

MGB should really put a note about subbill up there. Catid's is better in every way. :-/ _________________ This help is informational only. I never used Catid's billing server, thus have no experiance. If you want to redo the server.zip file and email it to me, feel free to, and I'll update it on the site. |

I maintain Lord Maucaub's biller is probably the best biller out there - sadly to say, I don't think it's in use anywhere. |

I don't think so -- I believe it was restricted because he was an active developer; reserving slots on the forums for Biller Feature Requests/Issues/Biller Changelog; etc. etc.
I think he'd still maintain it that way. |

See, motivaton -> result.
No motivation -> game gets dumped by one of the best coders it had.
