i was wondering since bit torrent u can forward ports like for faster dls or like better connection could u do the same with continuum?
if someone can figure this out it will benefit continuum alot

Uhm.... yes.....
I mean, no.
First: It's Linksys, not that hard to spell.
Second: Port-forwarding has absolutly nothing to do with your download/connection speed.
BT gives you better download speed, because of your uploads. And you're only able to upload if you forward the BT ports.
So, doesn't matter what, or how many ports you forward. Your speed will always be the same with Cont.
You only need port-forwarding with Cont in one case, and that's when you host a server on your machine.

On many public torrent sites, most of the users are passive (behind firewall/NAT). Thus, the only way to be able to connect to them is for you to be active (your ports are forwarded/firewall rule opened). So, by you being active, you'll on average pickup about twice as many peers, thus can be able to download faster since you'll have more people sending your data.

Ok, in this case download speed is depending on forwarded ports.
