I've noticed that wormholes with negative gravity settings have a bug of sorts... a little way out from the wormhole it doesn't seem to be able to decide whether its pulling you in, or pushing you away, so it makes your movement reaaaalllly slow.
Is there a way to minimize/get rid of this bug (without waiting for next version of continuum) |

ya that is weird
it probably just comes down to wormholes not being intended to have negative ..."pull" |

Do you have a flag or powerball when this happens?

ROFL wormhole expert. Well, its true... but I've noticed somewhere (I think in a hs arena) I got close to a wormhole and just stopped altogether and couldn't move without a rocket. _________________

The physics equations governing the worm holes won't be changed anytime soon, if ever, so this bug will always stay.
As stated before, if you apply abnormal settings on a feature, abnormal things happen. As worm holes are "suckers" and not "blowers", when you ask them kindly to blow, and not suck, they are unsure of themselves, and get confused.
Publish the current gravity settings you currently are using that causes this problem. |

I would imagine with negative gravity, at the point where it starts to have effect on the ship, you would still be able to move at a tangent to the wormhole without it stopping you.
OT: What I notice is really unhetero about wormholes is that the strength depends on the warbird gravity setting. |

Um, he never replied to this with an answer to my question.
However, I will assume that it only happened with flags and powerballs. The soloution is to invert the GravityTopSpeed setting to be negative as well. |
