A person entered my arena and upon entering they left quick, I looked at the server window and also got a red warning in-game saying

Code: Show/Hide Timer synchronization error <username><machine id><user ip><sec=53>

What is this and how do I prevent it from booting them again?

The millisecond clocks on the server and the client should run at the same speed. Each time a ping is performed, the server compares these 2 times. Ideally, the difference between them should always be the same. The server will boot players when this difference gets too extreme. It is usually caused by network spikes (fake clock jitter), but can also be caused by a faulty driver (real clock jitter).
