hrmmm, not sure if you can (without a bot or such, that is)
you might try
Flag:FlaggerGunUpgrade=-1
Flag:FlaggerBombUpgrade=-1
Soccer:UseFlagger=1 |

Okay, I got 2 balls in this arena and I want it so that they spawn within 5 tiles from these X Y coordinates: 500 500
I am not sure, but is it:
BallLocation=500 500
The radius command I am not sure of....  |

soccer:balllocation= (0 or 1) toggles whether or not you can see the ball's location on radar
if you want them to spawn near 500, 500, set prize:minimumvirtual= to something very low |

Does it matter on the greatness of the number? Is that number representing the radius of the spawn coordinates? |

| Okay, so if the it is: SoccerBallLocation=1 it would auto-spawn it at 500 500 (the player spawn)? |

That failed, it made it upgrade 1 instead of degrade 1 |

| Its currently impossible, as the server reads it as two possible values. 0, meaning no, and non-zero as yes. |

| Lol actually after reading a SSForum post yesterday, I'm beginning to agree that PriitK isn't gonna add more features, just fix bugs. But I still think he's very nice for making Continuum. |
