Alright, I have typed this up before I posted it onto the forums, in hopes that i can clear my dialect up a bit more. heheh. I am teaching myself codeing the way Kirk did, I'm going trial by fire. My problem is that I'm so green, and ambitious, that I take on massive projects, set unbelieveable deadlines... So, knowing this I'm seeking out a helper, heh. Someone who won't mind sitting down and helping me break down the bot code into simple proceadures so that I could best understand them. The desired language is C++, now i'm not wanting to learn this to be trendy! I don't want to seem like one of these newb players that see a bot. Make a bot. and, act as if it is the best thing there is. I know it won't. My desire is to become a coder, so i'm seeking to learn how to do such by adapting it into something i enjoy to do. Any help would be apreciated, even if it is just an example.cor file of another bot. But, documentation and person-person chatting over messengers would be apreciated.

learn to program MervBot, make dll's and then you'll gain more understanding of how to build your own bot core, although that sounds like you're making things harder for yourself than neccessary. Play around with mervbot and you'll pick things up.

I recommend you learn to program for ASSS instead. MUCH better control, easier to pick up on, very powerful (it is the whole server...), and will be the future of SS.
