If its possible, how can i lock the zone so no one can come in, but only chosen people.

i know its possible to deny new users registering on the biller (and also entering). as well as allowing only listed users...

In your server.ini, the [Permission] section, set PermissionMode to 1. This means anyone who enters your zone has to be on the permit.txt, or use the vip/mod/smod/sysop password.

If you want only those people to play, but anyone can enter and spec, set the PermissionMode to 2.
