Server Help

Since we updated to 1.4.1 ?record hasn't been working. Here's the pertinent section of the server log:

I <cmod> loading C module 'record' from 'funky'
I <cmdman> {#blue} [BlueGoku] command (arena): insmod funky:record
W <record> {#blue} gzdopen failed
I <cmdman> {#blue} [BlueGoku] command (arena): rec record bluetest
W <record> {#blue} gzdopen failed
I <cmdman> {#blue} [BlueGoku] command (arena): rec record bluetesting

Any help would be appreciated. Also, Grel, have you had any time to look into it recording ball movement/flags yet? We're hoping to work with the record module and create a few interfaces of our own, so that when playoffs roll around (April, I'd say) we can record the games.

Upgraded from what? The record code hasn't been touched since February 2005, and that was a trivial change. gzdopen is a zlib function. Have you changed the version of zlib on the server?

No, haven't looked into any record enhancements yet. Adding balls will probably have to wait for the changes to the balls interface that I'm thinking about.

Oh, and by the way, not sure if Arnk let ya know, we were able to fix the phase-warp and double clutch bugs by making the powerball use reliable packets.
