In a unanimous ruling, they found Grokster to be violating copyright law and should be held liable for it.

I fully agree with the SCOTUS. That doesn't happen too often. (Roe v. Wade grrrrrr)

| I don't know I have to re-re-read the decision again. At first, I still initially respectfully disagree with the rulings they've issued over the past week. Stemming, Emminent Domain, Ten Commandments (1/2 okay, 1/2 not okay), Cable services do not need to share their lines w/ rivals, Grokster. I need to review their opinions and dissents someday. |
