Okay, i have made all changes to the server.ini file and i have set up all the passwords, now how do i actually get my site running, downloading it?

you have to run subgame2.exe (the server) and subbill.exe (the billing/score server). read the basic how-to here

damnit people!!! i did that everything is right!! i am not aretard!!!!! it just doesnt show up underdownload list!!! ive tried like 50 times, ive run down every possible error!!! cmon akai and that other guy!! i aint a retard...!!

give us some specific errors from subbill or subgame, and make sure the ip's and ports are right for the dirserver, and that you aren't in violation of the dirserver's name rules.

He's probably behind a network, d-link router or some firewall.
Or he messed with the ports in the configs.
