Why not use the part of the continuum name in the server name like the old Subspace servers used the SS? CTME or, CTMW, or whatever..

because

using the game name for part of the server name is stupid, you can only use the game client on the server software and the only people worth catering to will KNOW that those servers are for the game
it's just stupid

Just name it after the location, like USE/USW, FRA, GER, whatever.

I suggest you use the name I gave to sideburn/killerII. I came up with SSH (subspace hosting) It’s plain and simple to the point.

SSA was better for me at the time due to the fact I had one box on the eastern seaboard and one over in the UK. (Subspace Atlantic Server) Hmm I still have a box in a new York datacenter I was running it as SSE for awhile (GS said I could use the name) but… there are no zones worth my time to host.

Anyhoo nice to see people biting my ideas once again

Who came up with the name SSX? At first, I thought it was a zone dedicated to the SSX video game. Then I noticed many more SSX billers come up and I knew it wasn't an SSX zone

My question is what does SSX stand for? Is it like other "X" names like, "Samurai X"? Or SubSpace Xyrofoam....

Nice server by KillerII though!
