Yah i hate logging in all the time. So i tried editting ppl to sysop.txt but i dont know were to place the name like which line and if i need to put anything before it. Any ideas. logging in all the time is really making me go

If you hate logging in as sysop to your zone all the time the just append the sysop password to your password in your profile seperated by a *.

Example: mypassword*sysoppassword

Sysop.txt is just to limit who can log in, it doesn't do it for you.
