How can i set spawns on my zone?

Go into your server.cfg and there are located at the very bottom:
[Spawn]
Team0-X=0
Team0-Y=0
Team0-Radius=0
Team1-X=0
Team1-Y=0
Team1-Radius=0
Team2-X=0
Team2-Y=0
Team2-Radius=0
Team3-X=0
Team3-Y=0
Team3-Radius=0

Not necessarily at the very bottom. Just do a search for [Spawn].
