OK here's some not awful advice.

Take away the "r" in the zone description, it's not preofessional in any way.
Focus your zone less around events and more around good standard gameplay. Staff will not always be on.
Use less smilies, it's not professional.
Don't emphasize the fact that you want staff, because then people will play just to get it, and then leave when they're turned down.
