i try joining my server but it says its offline...plz help, i did everything what the site told me to do.

You probably need to add a custom zone to your list in ctm using the button in the zone list downloader window.
The port is the same, but the IP is your local IP, not your WAN/internet IP. You can use ipconfig/winipcfg to get your local IP. It might look something like 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x.
