I am guessing this message appears in a pop-up window after the flying stars have been animating for some time (that is detail).

Make sure the server is up. It should be in green (if using the default skin), and have a ping to the left of the zone's name (either a number or a graph). Also if the player count is 0 it could be down, but more likely there is no one inside.

Name a server you can connect to. Also name the server you are trying to connect to.

Actually I am having a problem much like this until I messed with my zone settings. The latancy would be green but it would tell me I had failed to connect

. I am guessing this is because of the IP Address? I am clueless. Might anyone be able to help me?

*Wonders if he is sopposed to care* Its not called 17th Parallel so I dont see whats wrong. If they have a problem them they can come talk to me about it.

An SSC zone coming to you because they're mad at you is not good for your zone. I would recommend steering clear from anything that would make them angry.
