VIP doesnt get commands. Its just a special persons list that can coontrols who can connect with old clients like subspace.

people on VIP.txt can also enter arenas that are "full" (have reached maximum player limit alread)

probably a few other tiny things, too

VIP can also enter a permissions only zone, without being in the permissions list.
