so on SSI billing this error pops up when some people try to enter. whats going on with them and how can this be fixed?

They *might* be a valid client, because the timezone is +2:30 GMT. I don't know of any country that uses it, but it might be valid.

On SSI billing the Invalid TZB can be circumvented by using banfree
