step #2: talk to her (this step only really required if you don't know each other very well, but a good step nonetheless)

step #3: before casually parting (or whenever), say "hey, you wanna go (insert activity) with me (insert date)?"

If you really want some tips on how to get girls, you can try my method. I'm currently hoarding two fiancée, fake as it maybe, but it works pretty well. Don't ask too much into it, but this is the jist of it:

Buy a SS hat (probably sold out a long time ago, I got two)
Wear it all the time.
Have some sexy female steal said hat from your head.
Knock her ass flat on the ground, but in a safe, controlled manner as to not cause any actual physical pain.
She'll fake cry, because she isn't actually hurt, but just the fact you laid her ass flat on the ground for taking said hat off said head.
Make a fake ring out of paper, or any type of fake jewelry because females just love that stuff, and fake is so much cheaper.
Her and her friends will think of it as a fake engagement ring, thus creating a bond that will annoy you in the future.
Tell another a female friend of said event while wearing the hat, thus causing them to want to be your fake fiancée also.
Repeat above steps until you get enough whining women in your life you stop telling stores.

Notice image to left. Fuzzy picture because #1 (left) doesn't know to stand still as you take a picture of them when they first meet with your watch. #2 knows how to stand still, as she has had her picture taken via watchs many times before.

I take offence at that. I am a little twig (30" waist), but both of them are even thinner and smaller than me. You have to remember, I'm a computer geek, so I got toys up the ying-yang, such as this sweet little gem that I used to get the pictures with:
