extreme games server shows up as offline

ive talked to other people and they say that in fact the extreme games zone is up and running, but when i open ss it shows up red/offline. ive re-downloaded the zones but still comes up red.
i am running through a router, and firewall. i tried with the firewall off but still nothing. and im getting other zones just fine like TW and deathstar

any suggestions??
