how do i ban a user i have hard its *kill <username> but it doesnt work and i've tried on my MERVbot .38/.39 its !kill <username> but nothing happends. and also if i can do it how do i unban them?

Do you use Catid's Biller? If not, get it. If so, use ?ban instead.

you can also do it like so...

but it is a good idea to get a real biller as Cyan suggested
