hi. I'm a newb at zone making.
I'm trying to change some of the server.cfg settings in my testing zone.
I logged in as sysop and hit ESC C to change settings.

Q1. I'v changed values and saved successfully, but changes don't seem to appear instantly. Sometimes I have to wait for a minute or so to see actual changes. Sometimes I wait more than one minute but nothing is changed for long time, I hit ESC C again and checked the values, the values I are unchanged. (Of course I know F10)

I guess there may be some 'update cycle' for the server settings, how long is this, and how can I change this to see changes more quickly?

Q2. what is ?set command? and what is exact syntax?

?set is the method for one-at-a-time settings editing, allowing people to do things from the chat window without going thorugh too much trouble. its synta is this: "?set Field:Variable=Value" ex "?set Door:DoorMode=255"

Note that its ?set Door:DoorMode, with no s on Door.

As for the update time, it seems to be based on the host computer's speed. I believe that the ESC + C values are pulled from memory, so that means it wont have new values until the arenas settings do.
