I'm running my internet connection on regular LAN/Cable Server through Roadrunner Highspeed. Whatever..

I'm having a lot of difficulty setting up my own server, I don't know if its the way my network is setup or it is the way I'm filling things out on my server.ini & subbill.ini I have read the technical support answers on www.shanky.com/server but still I'm having problems..

I'm going to attach both documents to this post so maybe you could look and see what i'm doing wrong, maybe even edit them for me. If you could please help me I would be very much appreciated.
