My school computers blacklisting program blacklists websites for reasons I can't figure out. I want to bypass the proxy on www.roadwaffles.com but I can't download anything on this computer. Is there any way I can use websites to bypass the proxy without downloading anything and if there is please tell me.

Otherwise, can you run Java in the browser?
Run your own VNC server on your own computer, and host the applet there too. Make sure the proxy does allow connections to those port numbers, though.

As retarded as it sounds, the network my Cousin went to school at blacklisted sites as well, but he found he could easily get around it by just using Mozilla. I honestly don't know why it worked, but it did.

I tried http://www.megaproxy.com but it was blacklisted. I guess every proxy website is blacklisted.

host your own proxy on your home computer and connect to that.
