Sorry for the stupid question but I couldn't find this in a different topic;

What is the timezonebias from *info and how can you use it to determine the time zone a player is in?

I believe it was the number of minutes calculated from EST? So, someone in TZB 480 is in EST+8 aka GMT+2 (might be wrong but you get the idea) ?

No, it's from GMT

It's the number of minutes you need to add to the user's time to get GMT.
For example if you're at GMT -5, it should be 300.
If you're at GMT +5, I believe it would be -300.
