So I was sitting in Software Design & Documentation today, and they recommended that we create a box for our product! Well, as it turned out, one of the example boxes was an adorable little thing with the words "Continuum Map Editor" on the front. Or something like that. And there on the front of the box, I could make out one of the authors' last names: "Bak". Awwwwwwww.
But why did your team name itself "team 12"? I am just wondering because my team is named "team 4". Did they just number the teams back then?
Another question: Did you have the word "Bak" embroidered on your schoolbag? |

they numbered the teams and then let us choose the names. Being apathetic computer science majors, we weren't in a creative spirit. You can see the team 12 logo on the under-construction-forever website: http://continuumlt.sourceforge.net/ , but no box .
my bookbag wasn't embroidered, but I do think BAK would have been superior to plain initials. On the other hand, my siblings might have been able to claim the bag for their own.
What project did you guys decide to work on?
I was distressed that hollinger decided to do reversi instead of connect four for AI this year . I was hoping my program would remain reigning champion haha. He even made me a snazzy tee shirt for me with a piece of the winning code on it. Maybe he'll cycle back to connect four at some point...

That's weird, because I could have sworn I walked across the bridge behind somebody with "BAK" on the back of his bookbag one day last year.
We're working on a sound only game. It's pretty easy, because OpenAL does all the hard work. |
