Please don't call bullshit because over a weekend someone wasn't able to assist you. It is a weekend.

Anyways, try these fixes:

You running a billing server? If so, try the zone without a billing. Sometimes the billing server can screw up and never let any new players create their names.

In your server.ini, check to make sure this setting is set to 0:
[Permission]
PermissionMode=0

Do you have a version1 subfolder? If so, copy your continuum client over to that version1 folder, then rename it to subspace.exe, overriding the one currently in there.

In your server folder, do you see a subfolder named version1 there? If so, inside it, is there a subspace.exe? If there isn't a version1 folder, create one, and then do the above steps of copying continuum's exe and renaming into that subfolder.
