And while I'd love to trade addresses with the rest of you so our Miis could mingle, first I need to get wireless connection to my Wii. >_> Since I have a wired network and want to stay that way, I'm assuming a USB wireless transmitter is the best way? I have a wireless card, is there any chance I can use it to send wireless to my Wii?

Try an ad hoc connection and sharing internet access from the computer, a bluetooth card would likely do it too.

You could also just buy and hook up a wireless router, connected to your wired network, OR, since wired networks can still be accomplished with a wireless router, simply keep the wireless router and disband the other.
