I know you love ripping apart phpBB, so youll probably know.

Where does posting.php actually update the db with the post info? Im looking to modify it so it always updates the 'last post' date, even when a user edits an existing post.

includes/functions_post.php

It is split between prepare_post and submit_post, so figure out which one actually plays with that value.
