I am taking up bot programming as it seems to be a lack of programmers here so if anyone has ANY use full bot downloading places.. online tutorials.. anything to do with SS bots pelase tell me biggrin.gif

oh, how ruthless...

generally speaking you'll want lots of C++, and all the docu for the bot you're writing for. Try
http://www.subspacedownloads.com
for all your bot downloading needs,

and dont forget to hit the invision board
ssforums.net, i think...have it bookmarked
for info from the makers of the bots themselves.

oh, and weasel your way into as much example code as possible

Better yet, at ssforum.net, underlord is making a tutorial on bot makeing.

And who says theres a lack of programmers? Me, brain, Dustpuppy, catid, etc.

Well, unless i make the Idiots Guide to Bots, youre not getting much more.
Theres some at kirk.sscentral.com for LogicBot, and theres my site at explody.sscentral.com, but they wont give you much help with merv writing.
