				If you want it to drain energy, instead of just slowing down recharge, set it higher than recharge.
 
 
Ship's recharge rate = Current recharge value - Afterburner energy
 
 
So if you have recharge rate of 1000, and afterburners of 1200, when you use it, you have a -200 recharge rate. |
