hlthbar.bm2 not updating

I'm using only 1 level file, so instead of putting it into a lvz file, I just put it into the misc:levelfiles= section of my cfg. However, when I get into the zone, I must download the level file, yet it does not update it. It stays as the default single ------------------------------------------- across the screen. What is causing this? Do note that I am running this on a closed router, so noone but me can play on this computer, as it's simply a place to test my bm2's. Any ideas what's causing this? Do I need to also put it into my Continuum/graphics folder?

It's just a straight line across the screen? As in the "subtle" energy bar?

View>Options>Energybar>Standard ?
