The alias plugin only uses alias.dat to store its alias information. !zip's aren't stored in any files, so basically they can't be modified through FTP. _________________

Use a good biller, like catid's. _________________ This help is informational only. No representation is made or warranty given as to its content. User assumes all risk of use. Cyan~Fire assumes no responsibility for any loss or delay resulting from such use.

Oh I overlooked the src.zip inside the alias.zip file from catid's site.
Indeed, the source is available. Maybe some bot coder will fix the bug for you, camel. |

However, what do you find useless about it? I don't find it useless at all. |

It's deprecated by good billers. They serve the purpose much better. |

Indeed.
Catid's biller for instance:
?info
?ban
?seen
?kick
As well, the ?ban goes through recycles and can go for a much longer period of time.
Speaking of which, what is the max. time ?ban can go up to? I figure 20 years, but I am not exactly sure on that. |

Yes, but the SSC biller doesn't serve that feature (at least, not to the public - BanG uses it though). |

It has a hardcoded limit of 5000 days, which is 13-14 years.

Huh? BanG is the SSC biller. Unless you're talking about subbill, which just shouldn't be used anymore. |

BanG isn't the SSC Biller. BanG is a feature of the SSC Biller.
You can't ?alias with the SSC biller, however BanG uses some alias features to catch people bypassing. |

OK, let's be pedantic. It's a part of it.
