hey could u help me i cant seem to get it to work right i cant get the server to connect to the subbill please help please akai u like to help me so HELP

it will start up but only in stand alone mode i start the subbill and subgame2 everything is matched but it wount connect to the subbill

Noteable HotSpots
At server.ini under [billing]:
* IP is to be set to "localhost" not 127.0.0.1.
* ServerID must match the specified Port under server.ini [misc].
* Password must match the specified BillingPassword at subbill.ini.

At server.ini under [misc] Port must not be a number which is one above or one below the Port specified at subbill.ini.

At subbill.ini AllowNewUsers should be set to 1.
