cant see my tiles walls are there but unseen

public metroid.lvl looks to be a valid map with the default tileset, while tilesetwoj.lvl looks to be a renamed bitmap image with the default tileset and no map data at all.

Did you design your tileset in another application, like Paint or Photoshop?

i made tile set with tileedit

use CLIT to import a tileset from an image into your map.
