Did he have a test server running it? Or is he not finished?

I believe its SSI biller but based upon catid's biller aswell. He's working on it together with 2dragons.

No, Explody started writing his own. 1st would know.

He maintained (mainatins?) SSI's current biller, though. He might have also made the modifications to it from catid's, but I'm not sure about that.

SSI IS pretty good, alot better than SSU/R (sorry Confess+).

SSU is a dead server, just host newbie/new zones, pretty sure they won't last long.

SSR should make its own desicions, most people dont usually care what you do just do it...

Agurus, stop calling zone hosters "newbs" ok?

If it wasn't for "newbs" that made these servers, SS would of died out long ago. Too bad SSZ isn't here, I hope one day they will come back.

So Agurus, one day, Halo CTF will die out. You will be looking to make another zone, and you would want a zone hoster! And guess what, if SSCU/X are still here, they won't take you in just like that.
