I made an awesome map, which is besides the point, but I wanted to change up the tileset. This sounds easy, but whenever I click "Import Tileset" in SSME and select my edited .bmp: The tileset sort of shifts. The new tiles don't line up with the old ones... let alone line up. They're actually shifted so half of one tile and half of another tile make one.
I think it might have something to do with photoshop, because that's what I used to edit it. But then again, I take the edited bmp and re-save it in a different tile editing program... and I still get the same problem. |

I've had this problem too. Try saving with microsoft paint, that's what worked for me. _________________ Hyperspace Owner

I think Ekted decided this problem was because you are using in an incomplete palette. You need to save your tileset with all 256 colors, just import the palette from the original tiles.bm2. |
