A friend of mine bought it a couple of days ago, the city is huge and they finally put bikes in.
The new things like uhm, becoming fat when eating too much and slimming down while running are nice.
Too bad it's not really refreshing, my first impression: It's too much like Vice City, but my opinion will probably change the next weekend. |

San Andreas is a good way to get your mind off the SS Continuum addiction. |

There is no such thing as too violent. If Jesus was in GTA and you could beat him then crucify him all over again, that would still would fall drastically short of my definition of violent, actually it would be pretty sweet. |

Silly how anti-religion has become a religion in itself.
And seriously, 50%, no matter how much you don't think Jesus was divine, it's pretty sick to make fun at what a sacrifice he at least thought he was making. |

Jesus is both 100% divine and human. He did not THINK that he was making a sacrifice, he KNEW that the sacrfice was perfect, and thus you and I now exist because of him.
Is all of SubSpace anti-religous? |

Purge, if you haven't noticed, I am a Christian as shown by the last lign of my signature, if read correctly. I do not try to enforce my views on others as it is a major turnoff but I do say that it shouldn't be only anti-religious that are treated fairly.
Subspace today is mostly a collection of highschoolers and college students. This group of people (let's call them "students" to be generic) tend to be anti-religious because they regard themselves as sophisticated people and from their eyes, religion is a way to control the masses. It's also currently "sophisticated" to give everyone a fair and equal treatment. I also cannot count how many of these sophisticated students have outright disregarded my opinions from the very beginning of my argument purely because I am religious. Fair and equal treatment? Yes, as long as you're a rebel from tradition (heterosexuality, Christianity, etc.), but not if you are in some way traditional. These are the same people that protest the death penalty but try to make "pro-life" an insult.
Today's students are hypocrits. That's all I can say about it.
Now. That done, I will continue upon my normal undirected, Affirmitive Action sarcasm as is the Cyan~Fire tradition. |

OMG, the touchy-religious-freaks unite! Lets go back to taking about how leet GTA is. Actually I just baught halo 2, its awesome aswell. Lots of new weapons and there is a story line. I mostly could care less about the story, all i need is to shoot aliens non-stop. Along with being the humans, you also play as the covinent forces. |

That image is old, D1st0rt.
I don't care what you people are saying here and I don't feel like starting a discussion about it.
I think people who believe in things as "gods" are just being naive.
Anyway, we've been playing Halo online with a bunch SS'ers last year.
I really thought the game sucked, it was only fun for LAN games, so I still think I wasted my money.
Halo 2 better be good. |

I didn't ask for the history of religion on SS, Cyan. Anyways I'm still on the first island on San Andreas, LOL. I'm usually not doing the missions, but instead playing the minigames like Pool for money. I also hit the night clubs frequently
I should get started on the missions actually. I have managed to get 31/100 graffiti tags onto the first city (which I think that is all on that island).
Anyways don't say any spoilers about that or Halo 2
...Meh, I don't even have Xbox....oh well! |

a review
Ok so I played this for a couple of days. What can I say but it gets boring fast and it's hard to get weapons.
fun
* There are a lot of mini-missions you can do in the emergency services vehicles like putting out random burning cars when in the fire truck.
* It seems if you kill the females loads of cash falls around their body and you can pick it up.
* You can do weird stuff to you car to make it tilt and stuff.
* Driving up the ramps on the back of the car carrying lorries.
weapons
Getting a weapon can be tricky. Basically I look for a gang member and punch them to death and take their pistol, the catch is after this 2 or 3 more gang members show up. I etiher end up dead, or barely alive with a pistol or subgun.
There are supposed to be gun shops but where ever I went there were just walls so I suppose I need more repect or something before the wall texture turns into gun shop texture.
other stuff
* If you manage to get to the country side between the cities before unlocking them you get a 4 star rating.
* Two player mode. Just running around. You can't nick two vehicles though.
* getting in a train and going forwards and backwards, boring but a great way to lose stars. |

Other Stuff:
*Las Ventras, go to the piliot school to get acsess to all airports.
*Also in Las Ventras is casinos where you can actually play the games in there.
Im only on the second island and it only gets harder, but a very nice story behind it. |

Well personally I think the best part about San Andreas is its 2 player. It is about time that the idiots at Rockstar make this game 2 player. I remember sitting there in Grand Theft Auto 3 watching my friend play because we had to take TURNS!
My two cents... |
