Server Help

How do i make my bot a sysop for my zone. I kno i sound like a noob lol (evan thoguh i am). But can soemoen tell me how to do this. Also this is to do with the ctf plugin, it dident come with a readme, but i realized that there is a ctf plugin 2 and i dont kno how to enable it. Like with the first one it said in its readme push .enable and the bot would enable the ctf mode but i tryed that wish number 2 and it dident work. So can anyone help me with these? Thanks.

Add it to sysop.txt and to vip.txt, add the sysop password in the proper place in the spawns.txt. Thats all you need.
