what do i have to in settings (or what plugin i have to get) in order to get a turf victory plus jackpots

i know theres a plugin for turf victory and jackpot but can this be done without the plugin?

okay i use basewars plugin from catid's site
but it does not periodically msg the jackpot (not sure if i even have a jackpot)
im running a turf flag style zone

Basewars is what you need. And of course you have to have a jackpot if you want someone to win the jackpot...

I've also modded basewars so that you can change the time delay. Talk to me about it if you're interested.
