The zone may be rejecting external messages. ZoneOps on SSN can do this with ?zblockchat.

What? no. It's because more than likely they block bots, and SS clients.

is it prob server problem or a change to server.ini? it says "disconceted from serverR" right as it conncets succefully

Let me add emphasis..

This is done by modifying a couple fields in the server.ini; the only way to bypass it is 1.) being a smod/sysop and/or 2.) on the VIP list.
