engine shutdown

Whenever I alt+tab and reopen my window, my ship seems to have engine shutdown in my zone. I can't move but I can still rotate slowly. Anyone know how can I correct this?

I hate there is a non-zero default setting for that; I always tend to forget about it once in a while lol.
